A research with the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Consumer Safety examined eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 from the UAE and three from Turkey. It discovered that each one eight samples ended up thought of "faulty". 5 of the items sampled contained fats aside from cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in solutions labelled "chocolate"
